A truly satisfying 7-course meal featuring generous portions! Each person gets one extra-large Atka mackerel grilled using the traditional method, delivered directly from fishermen in Rausu. Our signature Atka mackerel is grilled using the reflected heat of charcoal, resulting in a delicious dish that's fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Enjoy a hearty meal of delicious Hokkaido specialties, including our "Namara Mori" sashimi platter made with incredibly fresh seafood sourced every morning by our own fish market, and our famous zangi (fried chicken) that's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!
